Everything was great with Kelly. The doctors office did experience an internet outage so I waited for 45 minutes for my appt. Kelly actually called me from her hotspot on her phone since she knew I was waiting!

Very understanding and empathetic during my visit. She made me feel comfortable and has a very easy going vibe which is so important to patients who are used to being scolded by providers in the past. I really felt cared for during our visit together and the clinic reached out several times to check in and make sure insurance covered my meds!
