About Kelsey Gonzalez

I'm a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience in nutrition counseling. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and my master's degree in Dietetic Administration from Utah State University. I've worked in a variety of settings, including weight loss counseling, corporate wellness, maternal nutrition, and sports nutrition with collegiate athletes. As a mom of three young children, I enjoy family outings to the beach, trying new restaurants, and hiking with our family dog. I'm extremely passionate about teaching others how to eat healthfully, prevent chronic disease, and create sustainable lifestyle changes. Over the years, I've successfully guided numerous clients to boost their energy, feel great, and thrive at any age.
