Kelsey Rodehorst, DAc is a Doctor of Acupuncture dedicated to helping people feel at home in their bodies again. Her approach blends evidence-based Chinese medicine with deeply personalized, compassionate care—supporting healing on both the physical and emotional level. Kelsey’s path into this work is rooted in intention. She has been part of the IMMA team since 2022, working in a clinical setting throughout her doctoral training to fully immerse herself in patient care and gain hands-on experience beyond the classroom. This early and consistent exposure shaped her into the thoughtful, intuitive clinician she is today. She earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, with advanced training in herbal medicine and integrative care. Kelsey also trained at Chicago Women’s Health Center, where she deepened her work in community-based care. Kelsey has a special interest in women’s health, fertility, hormone balance, pain management, pediatrics, and stress-related conditions. She is especially passionate about helping patients move out of burnout and overwhelm and into a place of steadiness, resilience, and energy. Her treatments often combine acupuncture, herbal medicine, lifestyle guidance, and nervous system regulation to address the root cause of symptoms and create lasting, sustainable change. Outside the clinic, Kelsey is often training for a triathlon, diving into a good book (always open to recommendations—so don’t be shy), or enjoying long walks and movement that keep her grounded and inspired. She also loves spending time in the city with her daughter, Murphy.
