As your dedicated health advocate, my mission is to empower you to achieve your health goals. The best medical care is driven by a trusting doctor-patient relationship. I established Stone Medical to bring the focus of healthcare back to my patients. By maintaining a panel size that is 90% smaller than conventional primary care providers - accommodating just 300 patients instead of 3000 - I am able to concentrate on your unique needs and work together to find a solution. I actively collaborate with my patients to achieve a healthy balance by addressing lifestyle factors like nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress reduction, and social interaction in conjunction with the tools and treatments offered by western medicine. By integrating these approaches, my patients are given the tools to achieve their full potential. I obtained my medical degree from George Washington University (Washington, DC) where my passion for health education began. I went to the University of Virginia to complete my residency in Internal Medicine with a focus in primary care and preventative medicine. In 2020, I relocated to sunny Denver, Colorado to begin my career in primary care and take full advantage of all the activities the Colorado mountains have to offer. My partner and I live in the vibrant Five Points neighborhood with our sweet dog Winnie.
