Hi, I'm Kendra, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 18 years of nursing experience, including more than 8 years dedicated to psychiatric and behavioral health care. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds across a variety of clinical settings. I have experience treating most mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, and other behavioral challenges. MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
