I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in healthcare. I received my Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from St. Thomas University. I specialize in pediatric, adult, and geriatric psychiatric and mental health care. I provide personalized mental health treatment plans for adults and children, including medication management, psychiatric assessments, neurocognitive screening, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I provide compassionate care and support you every step of the way. I create an environment where mental health is prioritized. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and I am dedicated to removing barriers that prevent our clients from accessing the care they need.

I specialize in a range of individualized mental health treatment plans for both adults and children, including medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and brief psychotherapies. I am an expert in treating an extensive variety of mental health disorders including; Major Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Pediatric Disruptive Behaviors, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar I and Bipolar II, PTSD, and so much more.

My first session with you
During your initial visit, I will get to know you by taking a comprehensive medical and psychological history. I'll also inquire about your concerns, symptoms, medical history, family history, and medications. In addition to any presenting symptoms, I will consider situational factors such as genetics and interpersonal dynamics to determine the best possible treatment options for you.

Never seen a doctor they are trying to charge my insurance and I did not see one my appointment they called an hour after and I've been calling and they wanted me to give him a credit card number when my insurance covers it all so no I have no respect for that woman or the other appointment I didn't see anybody it was a waste of time

I wrote a letter after my appointment yesterday but I am not sure if she got it because I didn't have her contact information and was unable to leave a direct message. I don't feel it was a good fit and I would like to cancel my follow-up in 2 weeks.
