Felt pretty quick but based on my situation I would of liked more imaging to assure me of my diagnosis. Mine was assumed based on examination. I didn't feel 100% assured but went with it based on his experience. Office staff was excellent. And he was very good.

The Dr. was extremely pleasant and fair on how to best approach my injury, given my situation. He suggested a temporary alternative until my current situation becomes more stable. I highly respect his approach in making a fair and honest decision. Wait time would not diminish my recommendation.

The receptionist was rude. She was not helpful in getting the Doctor's orders sent to the MRI imaging place after I told her my insurance does not require a pre-authorization. She actually hung up on me and when I called back,my call was routed to there after hours answering service. I would not recommend this doctor because the lack of empathy and rudeness of the staff.

Dr. Alleyne was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Though the wait time could sometimes be long, once He did get in the room he really took the time to listen and investigate all my concerns. It was also extremely easy to getan appt with him through zocdoc. Ive always found it very frustrating with other offices because the wait time is often months in advance, but he saw me the day after i found him on here!

Dr. Alleyne was a nice guy. The scheduler, Cassandra, sat on my MRI order for over 7 days before I had to make a follow up call. Cassandra then told me that she was "too busy" to make any calls formy MRI pre authorization as she was alone in office, all while people are giggling in the background. At the end of the day, the scheduler is the reason I went elsewhere. Couldn't imagine telling a client I was too busy for them.

A waste of time, I wasn't there for my Hip, although that is what he examined and then left the office. If he had read the notes from the last visit, it was a muscle for which he prescribed PT andthis visit was to evaluate the effects of the PT.

My father's appointment was scheduled for 11:20; we arrived early and at 11:40 we were told my father could not be seen until we went to an imaging center for an X-ray. While everyone was extremely friendly, it would have beennice had we been told prior to the appointment that we would need to make an appointment elsewhere for the X-ray. This added an unexpected nature to the appointment which, is always difficult when dealing with someone with dementia. We had to go through the "new patient" routine with paperwork and insurance adding more time before my dad could get his X-ray. After waiting 20 minutes, my dad was seen, got the X-ray, and then had to wait for the CD, then back to Dr. Alleyene's office to wait to be seen. Unfortunately, we had a vision appointment we needed to be at and I had to cancel it because of the added time added to the original appointment. All in all, it took 50 minutes before we actually saw the doctor. With that said, we were very much pleased with Dr. Alleyene and the care he provided.

Dr. Allyene is the most fantastic doctor I ever had. He performed a rotator cuff procedure on me 10 years ago and it was done quickly and I never felt better. I'm going back to him for another injury and Iwould never think of going to another doctor. If you're looking for the best, you won't find any better. And by the way, he takes the time to listen and really get to know you.. which is extremely important.

I think very highly of dr. Alleyne and his staff. I recently brought my daughter to another orthopedic in the area due to scheduling issues and will never do that again. The staff knowledge and ability to ask as many questionsas you want without feeling rushed is a priceless feeling when it's your children's well being at stake.
