I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with additional psychotherapy training through the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY). I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care, grounded in respect for the full complexity of each person’s story, especially for those navigating both mental health challenges and serious medical conditions. I completed my residency at Interfaith Medical Center and pursued subspecialty training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a national leader in the integration of psychiatry and medicine.
I treat a wide range of psychiatric concerns and specialize in the emotional impact of complex medical issues—including cancer, heart and endocrine conditions, autoimmune disease, organ transplant, chronic inflammation, and neurological disorders—offering thoughtful care that accounts for both mental health and medical complexity.
I offer individualized treatment with therapy, medication, or both. My goal is to help patients find clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self, even amid medical or emotional challenges. With training in both general psychiatry and the mind-body interface, I provide compassionate, collaborative, and nuanced care.
