“Miss Windley is amazing. She truly is. She’s patient, she actually listens to concerns and addresses them individually. She’s willing to consider what you wanna do vs just telling you what to do. She tells you about potential side effects and interactions. She answers every question and doesn’t make you feel like… some psychiatrists can… like they’re above you or bothered with you.
I’d recommend her to anyone. And have recommended her to a few people.
But lifestance?! The wait times for testing are insane and I'm not sure why you all won't hire anyone else to do mental evaluations so that people can get the correct medications.”

Her goal is to meet people where they are and work together to help them get where they need to be.
Outside of work, Dr. Windley’s absolute favorite thing to do is eat, with reading fiction a close second! She enjoys trying new cuisines, with Asian food being her favorite. Beyond eating and reading, she volunteers in her community and advocates for those facing mental health challenges.

Dr Kenya Windley was very thoughtful, thorough and kind! She spent extra time with me and addressed all of my concerns. Prescriptions were sent in quickly. Additionally, the office staff was very responsive to need for prior auth.
