Dr. Peterson was great and listened to my concerns. The nurse was a little standoffish and after my urine sample she had already left the exam room so I was waiting around for a while for her to come back butafter 5 minutes I just ended up leaving. Other than that, great experience.

Dr. Peterson was so pleasant. I felt super comfortable to speak to her and open up to her. I’ve had a hard time finding a PCP in the city and I’m so glad I finally found her. I was taken inright away and barely had to wait to be seen which has not been the case for me visiting drs. In the city.

I only saw her once, but in my experience Dr. Peterson was condescending, dismissive, and in a hurry to finish my appointment as quickly as possible. Because my regular PCP was on maternity leave, I booked an appointment with Dr. Petersonfor a check up and to discuss some pain I'd been having. She was pleasant at first, but after I told her about some of the symptoms I'd been having, she cut me off and said she only wanted to hear about confirmed diagnoses. Apparently my health concerns didn't warrant a visit with her; she grew visibly annoyed and asked why I'd booked an appointment with an internist and not a PCP (she is listed on ZocDoc as both). Then, once she found out that I take medication for anxiety, she dismissed all of my physical health concerns as anxiety and asked if I was in therapy. Look – I understand that anxious people tend to ruminate and obsess over insignificant health concerns, but the way she belittled me and my symptoms left me feeling angry, confused, and humiliated. I got a full blood panel done and a week later she called and left a message. She said that everything looked normal. However, since I had such a bad experience with her in person, I called the office and requested a copy of the results so I could see for myself. In fact, everything was NOT normal and one of the tests revealed a moderate vitamin deficiency. If I hadn't called to get my results, I wouldn't have known that I had this deficiency that was likely causing my fatigue. I am so happy to have taken my results to a different doctor who actually listens and cares about me.

Terrible bedside manners. Her assistant followed up by phone (she did not bother calling herself) and I had to insist twice for my blood results and over the counter recommendation to be emailed to me. I don't feel like I couldtrust her. She clearly does not care about her patients.

My sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Peterson. Dr. Peterson spent about a half hour with me during my appointment. She struck me as extremely bright with a quick mind and a compassionate "bedside manner." She was patient and was a goodlistener beyond most doctors. Jen (Nurse) was a total sweetheart as well. I've never had someone take my blood as quickly or easily as she did, and she had me laughing the whole time. I would recommend Dr. Peterson to anyone seeking a new GP.

The office was nice and clean and I have no direct problem with Dr. Keri Peterson however i did feel like a five minute job. This was my annual physical and while I did not have any impending issues, I hadboth written to the office ahead of time and discussed some history with the Dr., she took notes rapidly and not much else. The main problem I had was the blood drawing and the follow up. The drawing was unnecessarily painful with a less than skillful nurse attempting to find a vein twisting and turning the needle in my arm. I have been seeing specialists for the last couple of months in which I've had to have blood drawn and had no such issues, so there is no excuse such as my veins not being visible. I've also requested the office to send me my test results 2x now to no avail, still waiting for this to materialize.

Terrible!!! I can't even begin to explain how awful my experience was with Dr. Peterson. She was rushed, inattentive, and practices out of date medical practices. She is clearly more interested in selling her botox (FYI she is a general MD)than in good primary care medicine. To make matters worse they insisted on sending laboratory work from the office....had to have me come back 2 times to give my sample because they lost it....and then sent it to a lab that was not accepted by my insurance. Multiple attempts to contact Dr. Peterson were not answered. I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am with this office. Please stay just....STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Peterson is rude and doesn't respect her patients. After seeing her, which was ok in person, it's been almost a month and we have yet to connect on my blood results. She is always unavailable when I call, refuses toschedule a time to chat, and is generally unavailable during the day or not. In fact, I mostly get a voicemail machine, not even the receptionist. It's hard when you are also a professional working during the day, trying to connect between your own meetings and the doctor won't even schedule a time with you to talk to you. When I did receive a voicemail from Dr. Peterson, she explained that she can't schedule calls because she puts her patients first. Um, ok, but I'm a patient too right? I am looking for my results so I can understand next steps. How that doesn't make me a patient, I don't understand. Further, she apparently writes for Women's Health magazine, and as a national magazine editor myself, I'd be horrified to know that the "expert" I'm featuring monthly is this unprofessional and rude to her patients. I can't wait until I run into someone from Women's Health so I can let them know. I would never recommend this doctor.
