With over two decades of service as a U.S. Air Force physician, Dr. Fajardo brings a wealth of experience and compassion to his dermatology practice. He began his medical career as a board-certified preventive medicine physician implementing guidelines to protect the health of Air Force recruits and cadets. This role helped him identify his passion for direct patient care and led to him completing a residency in dermatology in 2019. His last role before full military retirement was as Chief of Dermatology at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
Now happily based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Dr. Fajardo enjoys spending time with his wife and three children along with their two energetic labradors. Whether hiking forested trails, kayaking the Hood Canal, or tending to the family’s orchard, he values life outdoors – with sunscreen of course! A lifelong musician, he also keeps his creative spirit alive through playing music with his kids and the occasional ukulele performance.
Dr. Fajardo is passionate about building long-term relationships with his patients. He believes in an evidence-based approach to care rooted in compassion and integrity, where patients are actively involved in developing treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Dr. Fajardo strives to make every patient feel heard, respected, and empowered in their skin health journey.

Right when you walk in, the place is clean and inviting-front desk assistance so warm. Dr. Fajardo was truly lovely--his expertise and assistance with my skin concerns was exceptional. Having such great care with something I was stressed about meant everything. I felt very comfortable with Kevin and his staff. I have a long history of melanoma and he treated that information with great respect, listened, commented I feel confident that he will keep an eye on my condition, going forward.
He took a look at my current issue, described what he thought was happening and ordered a treatment and scheduled a follow up appointment.
I would highly recommend him.
