Dr. Jones was great - he heard my history with therapies and medications and helped me to understand the different options that would best help me, then left it up to me to decide on a plan using the options he provided. I felt he really listened to me and my concerns and gave me hope that I could find a path toward improved happiness in my lifelong fight with depression. Absolutely the only hitch in the initial consult was getting in to the office as apparently there was some mix-up regarding unlocking the outside door for me (first appointment of the day)!

We walked through all available solutions and chose the one that seemed best for me together. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure I get the treatment I need to feel better.
i’ve never really been one to avoid seeing a doctor in any capacity, but I am taking the time to leave review because I found Dr. Jones to be extremely compassionate and actually seem to give a you know what about me and the actual medication I was on even though that really wasn’t his responsibility. I still need a PCP so I will definitely look into either his availability or the network/office that he works for.

He clearly explained all about what I was dealing with, and also really cared that I understood and was educated on the medications and reasons for them, for example. I am a new patient with LifeStance. Dr Jones was prepared and on time for our virtual appointment. He listened attentively and spoke clearly. Dr Jones was amazing in reviewing my current meds and suggesting improvements AND explained why it would be a wise choice.
Dr. Jones was very understanding and kind. He explained everything in a very clear manor and made me feel comfortable and like all my concerns were heard. He has continued to be responsive and helpful following my appointment and I'd recommend him to anyone in need of psychiatric services.

Acceptable, but heavily entrenched in the notion that one drug will help all of a type of patient. Additionally, there were two claims made that were factually incorrect. Finally, if you make an appointment for medication maintenance, it should be precisely that--maintenance. Barring a few cases, suggesting a new medication on a first visit is not professional or medically ethical.
Dr. Jones is a great man. I expressed my concerns with my mental health, and he offered so much info. Answering every question I came in with, and a few that developed during our session. Thank you and I'll be seeing you again soon!
