“We found MyEyeDocyor on line. We were able to schedule an appointment for both of us just a few days out. The office manager contacted me to say she verified our plan was accepted but that my husband was not due for his annual checkup until September. We appreciated finding this out before his appointment. I was eligible to be seen and was very happy with my experience. The Newtown Square office is minutes from my home. It is clean, bright and well appointed. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and explained each step of the process to me. I have a complicated vision history and the doctor took his time to make sure he understood my history, where it stands currently and did not rush me. The staff asked what type of frames I was interested in and had a box of 10 to 12 frames that fit my interest waiting as I came out of the examination . We were offered coffee, water and snacks! Two thumbs up and 5 stars! We are very happy with the entire experience! ”
