I felt dismissed and unsupported during my visit with Dr. Soriano. He offered little explanation for my high heart rate and responded with “I don’t know” to most of my questions. He appeared rushed and disengaged. When I asked what to do next, he simply told me to go to the ER without much context or empathy. He explained that it was a Friday and labs were not able to provide same day results- totally understandable but was a noticeable lack of empathy and communication during the visit. I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived. I hope he takes more time and care with future patients

the office give me a phone call at the last minute asking me to reschedule to an impossible time for a heart problem. Didn't provided any reason on why doctor is not going to make it as well.

Dr. Soriano was wonderful. As a hypochondriac I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to practically address each one by reassuring my anxieties. He also didn’t try to push any unnecessary tests on me, which I greatly appreciate. I certainly recommend him, and this place in general, as the staff was sweet and super helpful
