About Dr. Keysha Pietri-Mattei
Dr. Keysha Pietri Mattei is dedicated to providing excellent, evidence-based care at Advanced OBGYN Institute in Weston and Pembroke Pines, Florida. She is passionate about high-risk obstetrics and guiding women through their pregnancy journey.
Dr. Pietri earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She then completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University District Hospital, University of Puerto Rico where she was the Chief Resident. While there, she was honored with the Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics in 2021. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new places to eat, spending time with family, and going to concerts. She is fluent in English and also Spanish, her native language.

Dr. Pietri was very nice and warm, but I did felf slightly rushed, probably because she had at least four other people scheduled at the same time as my appt, so I did wait quite a while in the room for her, and felt slightly rushed during my appointment, but her bedside manner was still very sweet and caring. The office staff was nice aswell.?

Great doctor. Probably one of the best gynecologists I’ve ever seen. A very safe and personal experience as though I was getting advice and care from a close personal friend. The doc really put me at ease and seemed to have no agenda, no rush… it was a very pleasant experience for a sensitive exam that most women dread.

I recently moved to Florida so I was looking for a gyn with good bedside manners, and I definitely found it. Dr Keysha Pietri-Mattei is by far the most caring, gentle, attentive and empathetic provider I have ever seen. The office staff are very pleasant and welcoming.
