What is your typical process for working with clients?

Depending on clients needs, the process can be different. For new clients, an initial consultation will include getting to know the client and their concerns, discuss goals and expectations. A comprehensive history will include gathering information about the client's mental health history, symptoms, and experiences. Then conduct a thorough evaluation to understand their needs. Treatment Planning will involve collaborating with the client to develop a personalized treatment plan. For returning clients, will establish a plan for regular sessions and communication. Will use evidence-based interventions and techniques to address client's concerns; work together to develop coping strategies and skills. Regularly assess the client's progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed. Celebrate successes and address challenges. Finally, provide resources and support for continued growth and well-being.

    The visit was short and the provider did not turn her camera on at all during our telehealth visit. She told me she would give me two months worth of my medication, then when I asked her to fill the second month she told me I would have to book another visit with her to have it filled. Very poor communication.
