About Dr. Kim Ross
Dr. Kim Ross has been practicing dermatology in San Antonio and Seguin since January 2000. Dr. Ross graduated Summa Cum Laude (first in her class) from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She obtained her medical degree from Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio, graduating at the top of her class. Dr. Ross then obtained the single dermatology residency position at UT Health Science center in San Antonio.
As a Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Ross practices only the highest standard of medicine and strives to show compassion and caring to each of her patients. She is frequently invited to participate and present at medical conferences all around the country. She has received the CityOf.com Premier Service Award; was listed as a San Antonio Top Doctor 2015, and was named the top dermatologist in Seguin in 2015.

On the app I was told my procedure was covered and I would be seeing a specific doctor. Once I got to the office the wait was not long considering I was a new patient. I was moved to the room and was told I was not seeing the doctor I had requested and my insurance didn't cover my procedure. Check out staff was unorganized, had to literally talk over people and medicines had been mixed. I was finally charged to find out they didn't charge me for all of my medication. So had to go back and obtain my other medication. Overall my procedure was successful however Zocdoc was misleading and checkout staff was unorganized.

I was able to make a phone appointment online. I received two text messages that were automated about my appointment. My appointment time was 12:50 PM. I called about 1 PM and left a voicemail for the staff with no response. After 2 PM, I called the office and they said that it had been too long since I was seen so I had to go to an office visit. Nobody communicated to me prior to that. Nobody canceled my appointment.

Dr Ross is very nice and and explains what she has found and what treatment is available. She also does allergy testing in her office and I will be going for that after first of year. Her staff has been excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Ross is very upfront and thorough. She also gives good suggestions on how to save money to pay your bill. The staff were all friendly. The wait time will be about an hour. The office is very busy. This was my first visit. I'm very optimistic about the direction of my care. She seems very competent.

I did show up a bit late, but I was seen in a reasonable time. after completing all the paperwork for a new patient, I was called back within 30 minutes. My wait time to see the Dr was less than 10 minutes. My concerns were addressed, and the checkout was seamless.

Quick and efficient visit, I had a mole I wanted removed and it took literally 2 minutes and was painless, Dr. Ross was very friendly and the staff of ladies there were all so nice!

This office is incredible!!! I love that the doctors that have practices in other cities, come here so I don't have to drive so far to see my doctor! All of the staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! The office itself is very nice too!!
