“Highly recommend. Friendly, clever, highly skilled, took the time to explain words I didn't understand, took my concerns seriously. Booked and saw the doctor the same day for a shoulder pain issue. Why aren't all doctor visits this easy? 7 stars out of 5.”

Dr Gruson was friendly, clear, and efficient.
Short wait, then X-Rays, then was treated by Physician's Assistant. Reviewed X-Rays, explained my condition, then recommended options to resolve issue. Agreed to cortisone shot to relieve pain.

The Montefiore campus is a maze where security staff sends you in the wrong direction. Actually finding your Dr’s office is a great hassle. No clarity re building, wing, floor - all requires time to locate and is confusing. Once at the office - I was initially seen by a fellow. I understand the new Drs have to learn somehow, but this one asked about my meds and then wrote an incorrect prescription. (Which I only learned the next day when picking up at the pharmacy.) Frustrating. When Dr Grayson actually came in - his examination was very brief as it was I suppose assumed that the fellow already conducted the exam. So to summarize: - a time-consuming hassle to find - most time spent not w the Dr I came to see - incorrect Rx

I was in and out quickly. Very satisfied.
Doctor Gruson saw me the first time. This second time, I was seen by another doctor. I’m very happy with both doctors. I felt taking care for as it should be.

Arrived 20min prior to my appointment as recommended, was seen maybe an hour and a half later. Doctors assist had someone else's chart pulled up while I was in the room and asked what I was here for. When I said I was there for my wrist he said he want sure the doctor would see me and had to go check? When the doctor finally came in he was with me maybe five minutes. Told me what was wrong, said I needed a specific brace and someone would be in to give me one. No follow up instructions, no indication on if I should come back. Nothing. Another 20min wait. Just to be told the issuer who provides braces for the office doesn't take my insurance and I had to go to another floor to get one. Took the prescription where I had to go, they didn't take my insurance either. Do now I'm forced to find one on my own. Office was extremely backed up and over booked. It's unacceptable they booked at least 10 9:30 appointments for one physician. I probably won't go back and will follow up elsewhere.
Friendly physician and was very helpful. Glad I booked with him. All the staff was very nice as well and knew how to do their jobs seamlessly.
