She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College in New York. She later obtained her doctorate degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Dr. Handal completed her residency at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in Manhattan, NY. She has experience working with patients across the lifespan, including those with disabilities. Dr. Handal specializes in the following: comprehensive audiological evaluations for adult and pediatric patients, hearing aid fittings for various manufacturers, and custom hearing protection. She is committed to improving her patient's quality of life through better hearing. In her spare time, Dr. Handal enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Indie.

They moved my originally scheduled time an hour earlier, then called 4 hours before that to tell me my appointment was moved again and I had to be there in 30 minutes. Nope.
