With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) and School Psychologist certification, I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults and families struggling to manage the social, emotional and academic demands of daily life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide the empathetic emotional support children and young adults need to thrive. By blending unconditional positive regard with evidence-based interventions, I tailor care to your specific goals. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a free 15 minute phone consult to answer any questions and see if working with me would fit your needs. I then set up an initial intake for 60 minutes (for children, this is with the parents) and then regular sessions are 50 minutes. A typical session with me is always collaborative and empathetic. Sessions involve treatment goal setting and progress monitoring. I utilize multiple modalities, i.e., CBT, DBT, ACT and ERP. I work very closely with parents and provide parent coaching as far as best ways to support their children.
