I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's in Dietetics from Kansas State University. I aim to provide clients with sustainable weight loss strategies, nutrition and exercise education, and exercise recommendations that maintain muscle mass, empower body positivity, and encourage health and wellness for a lifetime. My approach is realistic, flexible, and above all embraces the seasons of life a client may be experiencing. As a military spouse, I understand that staying consistent can be a major challenge due to multiple life stressors.
