I am a board-certified psychiatrist with 30 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in treating anxiety (including panic, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD), depression, mood disorders such as bipolar II and bipolar spectrum, PMDD, sleep disturbances/insomnia, ADHD, and psychopharmacology.
My approach is collaborative. I work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.
My experience spans private practice, outpatient clinics, and hospital settings. I also have extensive experience with telepsychiatry, making care more accessible and convenient for my patients.
