I had a wonderful experience with Kristen Walsh and the rest of the staff at Carbon Health in San Mateo. The front office person was kind, patient, and efficient with my check-in process. I barely had to wait for the medical assistant to arrive, despite being early for the scheduled appointment. The medical assistant, Talia, and Kristen Walsh were both very good at reviewing my medical history and learning more about what I am currently experiencing as a whole person, rather than only focusing on one or two bits of medical information I gave them. I am so appreciative that I will be having this medical team helping me in the future.
