The online document completion process was completed, yet the office had nothing, and I then had to complete all the forms again. Frustrating to be sure.

Y’all I had one of the best healthcare experiences of my life at Integrative Medical with Kristin Spain. I’m almost six months postpartum and was feeling nervous and overwhelmed about finding a primary care physician—but from start to finish, this visit exceeded every expectation.
From booking the appointment, to scheduling, to walking in the door, I felt welcomed, heard, and never judged. Kristin Spain truly listened to all of my concerns, honored them, and made me feel safe and confident in my care. She was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely present—something that is rare and deeply appreciated.
the experience felt human and comforting, not clinical or rushed. I even received an ear flush during the visit, and everything was explained clearly and handled with care.
