I had my appointment booked for 12:30pm and another for March 11 for an annual. I was a new patient. I arrived and the receptionist told me I didn’t have an appointment? Had to show my ZocDoc app to another receptionist. Only after 10-15 minutes of going back in forth and her trying to find my appointment in the system, I was told to sit down. All of 5 minutes later I’m told she’s at lunch and won’t be available for an hour. Why was I able to book for 12:30pm??? I’m a single mom, I was paying a babysitter for this appointment, I’m not sitting there and paying another hour for a babysitter for this office’s mess up. I left and cancelled the other appt I had with the office. HIGHLY unprofessional, absolutely do not recommend.
