I called ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be five minutes late. I got there and I was only four minutes late. I attempted to check in with the receptionist who is about 95 years old, sweet woman, but she took extremely long to check me in resulting in three appointments, going ahead of me. when I approach the receptionist, she then said that she would have to ask the doctor if he can see me because they’re saying that I was late. The policy is 15 minutes late before you have to reschedule. I was four minutes late. The elderly receptionist seemed very intimidated by the rest of the staff and she didn’t speak up on my behalf and that’s fine everyone besides, the receptionist was extremely rude and looked miserable. Don’t waste your time. Find a better doctors office.

I wasn't sure where to start with scheduling a colonoscopy, and after some research I discovered that Dr. Shah does them in her office so I don't need to go to a hospital! We had a tele-health visit to go over medical history, as well as what to expect from my in-person visit. She was attentive and took the time to address my concerns!
