She has worked as a dietitian for 16 years in a variety of nutrition niches. She started her career as a clinical dietitian in a hospital where she provided medical nutritional therapy to hundreds of patients for many different chronic diseases including cardiac health, diabetes, Parkinson's and chronic kidney disease just to name a few. Krystal eventually moved on to managing a physician monitored weight loss program and helped patients achieve extreme weight loss goals. This 1:1 aspect of patient care and having the ability to aid patients in their journey from start to finish inspired Krystal to start her own private practice, Kenson Nutrition, LLC. For the last 8 years, Kenson Nutrition, has allowed Krystal to live out her passion and spend quality time with clients helping them with weight management, binge eating, hormonal balance, cardiac health, kidney stones, sports nutrition, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition and most importantly, empowering all of her clients to have a more positive relationship with food. Krystal believes that every food has a purpose (even chocolate, wine and pizza) and every calorie should be enjoyed! When Krystal is not helping clients, she is usually found on the soccer field watching her 2 daughters play soccer or going for an evening walk with her husband and fur baby.
