I felt a bit rushed. They could just have a resting neutral face and maybe it was a late appointment for them, but from my vantage point their face just looked kind of annoyed and waiting for me to be done. At one point towards the end I was cut off. I get it, there’s a time limit with each patient, but it didn’t feel good of course. I’ve been with other mental health professionals who would give a heads up that our time was getting close. Or they’ll interrupt nicely by saying something along the lines of- “I really do want to hear what you have to say but we are getting pretty close… etc”. I think that would have been a more digestible approach. They could have just been having a long rough day, I get it- but that is something I noticed.

This office seems to use ZocDoc for lead generation only and wasted my time. The appointment slots and providers listed are inaccurate. Don't bother trying to book, find an honest provider instead.

Dr. is showing on Zocdoc that they except my insurance and then sent me all of the paperwork just to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance
