About Dr. Kye Heck

The last 15 years of Kye’s life have been dedicated to getting the most out of the human body. He has trained hundreds of professional athletes in major sports including MMA, NFL, MLB, Boxing, and Pro Rodeo, as well as over 10,000 youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Superbowl champs, NFL MVPs, World Series champions, perfect game throwers, collegiate All-Americans, and a rodeo world champ are just a few of the athletes he has worked with. Kye has presented on human performance at Nike World Headquarters, internationally in China, and locally in DFW/East Texas. He was a Nike Trainer for three years, which at the time was one of only 60 in the world. Kye has consulted with teams and schools such as the Houston Astros, Boston College Men’s Basketball, Liberty University, Texas Tech, Baylor Basketball, Tyler Junior College (5x National Champs Baseball), University of Southern California Football, University of North Texas Football, Stewart-Haas Racing, and Davidson University. He spent five years as director of combine and pro day training, facilitating pre-draft training for over 100 collegiate football players entering the NFL Draft. He was also director of the APEC Adaptive Foundation, where he helped people with disabilities overcome life’s obstacles through training and lifestyle.
