“Okay so this place is nice and clean and they’re very friendly but I do have an issue with billing. They would tell me I was covered then suddenly out of nowhere I wasn’t anymore and they were charging me for things I would not have done had I known I was being charged. I feel like they should be communicating costs and checking with insurance BEFORE treatment instead of guessing then leaving the patient to deal with the uncovered costs. I ended up owing them so much money. Just make sure you’re having them check your insurance before and verifying what they will be charging you prior to your appointment and throughout it as well. They do charge you for every little thing.”

About Dr. Kyle Campbell
Dr. Kyle Campbell is a highly educated and experienced Doctor of Chiropractic practicing at the Huebner Rd. location of Pro-Care Medical Center. He offers patients in and around San Antonio, Texas, the very best in chiropractic care for continued spine and joint health.
Dr. Campbell was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was active in football, basketball, and track & field in high school and college. It was through his involvement in sports that he discovered the benefits of chiropractic care. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Arcadia University before moving to Texas to attend Parker University, where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1998.
Since 2009, Dr. Campbell has been a continuing education instructor for the chiropractic profession. He is sought out as a practice consultant in the areas of Compliance, Risk Management, Documentation and Coding, Active Rehabilitation, and Patient Care/Management. Additionally, he is an accomplished public speaker, providing both instructional and educational seminars to hospitals, attorneys, and the general public.
In his free time, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as exercising and competing in shooting sports.

I am almost 8 months pregnant in severe back pain. I made this appointment with Dr. Campbell to get adjusted I lost time at work and drove 30 min to this office. Everyone was very nice, but when as I was in the room waiting for Dr. Campbell Dr. Rosales came in instead, he was very kind and great but it's not who I scheduled with. He informed me at that moment that Dr. Campbell had jury duty. He goes on to assess me and states that he is only able to do an adjustment on me if he has a pregnancy pillow there which they ended up not having one. I was just a little let down and thought it was unprofessional that A. I wasn't informed that the Dr I was seeing was not going to be there and B. That they weren't prepared for me. They knew I was pregnant before the appointment. So even if Dr. Campbell didn't have jury duty were they not going to be able to do my adjustment? Again, I drove 30 min and missed work unpaid time for nothing. I feel like they should have called me beforehand.

I went to see Dr. Campbell due to being rear ended. I was pretty uncomfortable, but made to feel like I wasn't very injured by the Dr's in the E.R. Dr. Cambell was very attentive and thorough during my exam. After the exam and x-rays it was revealed that I had several injuries. He got my therapy started right away. Highly recommend.
