Patients often describe working with me as grounded, compassionate, and practical—I aim to balance empathy with thoughtful clinical insight to help you feel both understood and empowered. My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider has been shaped by a long-standing interest in psychology and a deep commitment to helping others through some of their most difficult moments. I initially began working toward a bachelor’s degree in psychology but chose to pursue a paramedic career instead.
