Keisha was raised right here in Ahwatukee. She is a graduate of Howard University, where she earned her Bachelor's in Physician Assistant Studies, and has practiced family medicine and Urgent Care in Phoenix for nearly 7 years. She enjoys building rapport with her patients and their families and prioritizes a ?patient first? philosophy. She is a mentor to young girls at her church and is also a member of the choir. Bathroom trash overflowing and 4 bottles of urine in window. Tiolet paper was out and toilet had pretty on the lip of the bowl. Not clean for a female to sit down.

I had a wonderful experience. I feel like I was heard, affirmed, and made to know that there’s nothing wrong with me even if I have ADHD. My provider Lakeisha was professional yet so very personable and warm. Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully get answers to the many questions I’ve had for quite some time now.

She was wonderful! One of the front desk staff was interesting but I get the feeling she was in training. She just stared at me when I asked questions but the other desk lady was able to answer everything.
Lakeshia is wonderful though, I have never had a health care professional actually listen to me. I feel very validated by her. Very happy I decided to come to the ADHD clinic.

It was a good visit. I didn’t know what to expect going into it as I have never been tested for adhd before. Everything was explained nicely. It was a good visit. I have more visits in the future and if they were as good as this one, I will be pleased.

The experience was amazing. From the point of check-in through the end of my appointment the entire staff and provider were so welcoming, informative, compassionate, and ensured I understood the entire process of my visit. I felt safe, and was able to be myself without feeling like an outcast. The provider took her time explaining the results of my test and exactly what it meant and answered the biggest “ wHY” I’ve had for years… she made me feel like I am somebody whose mind just thinks and behaves a little different but doesn’t make me better or worse than the person behind me, beside me. Or in front of me. PA Colter reassured me that I am somebody and somebody I will be too!!! I appreciate your profession, care, and concern for me and my health. The office seemed a little "run down" and both time I tried to schedule on line, they ended up having to be rescheduled with the office directly.
But Dr. Colter was AMAZING and well worth the logistical drawbacks.
We went to have my 17 year old daughter evaluated for ADHD and she took her time with us, quickly put us both at ease, and answered all our questions.

Lakeisha is an excellent provider. She is very thorough and provides very clear & understandable education to the medication discussed. She also asks good questions to help her fully understand an issue so that she can identify a solution.

The staff is very friendly, very professional. Facility is clean. Appreciate the multiple tests to diagnose before just prescribing. Improvements: sometimes I want/need to talk directly to this clinic but a call center of-sorts answers first (inefficient). Also: the testing room where you are hooked up to a machine to test impulsivity was a little noisy and missing ceiling panel.
