She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi, and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri. During her chiropractic studies, Dr. Simpson held leadership roles in several organizations, serving as President of the Student American Black Chiropractic Association and as an officer in the Beta Chi Rho Chiropractic Fraternity. She was also actively involved in a variety of student clubs and professional associations. Dr. Simpson has over 20 years of specialized training in pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), where she holds long-standing certification. Her expertise includes treating children with conditions such as ADHD, ear infections, bedwetting, and colic. She is also one of a select number of chiropractors in North Carolina certified in Cranial Release Technique (CRT)—a gentle, non-invasive method that supports relief from migraines, sinus issues, mid-back pain, and stress, while promoting total body relaxation and healing. Prior to relocating to Wilson, North Carolina, Dr. Simpson practiced at Whole Family Chiropractic in Cary, NC, for seven years, where she helped hundreds of patients with a wide range of conditions including low back pain, neck pain, asthma, indigestion, and sciatica.
