Latesha Williams, APRN, RN, NP

Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatry)
AZ
I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner. I am an AGNP-BC and PMHNP-BC. I currently reside in Mississippi. I am currently only practicing as a PMHNP-BC via telehealth for patients who live in Arizona. My hours are after hours from 6 to 8 pm CST. And every other weekend. I do understand that some patients are like me. They work a full-time job during the daytime hours and need a provider who is compassionate, empathetic, caring, and a great listener who provides individualized care to every patient, tailored to meet their individual needs. My approach is non-judgmental, even though it's a faith-based company, I listen to and am open-minded about any religion. It is not my mission to judge anyone due to race, sex, gender, or religion. I am comfortable treating a variety of mental health disorders to include but not limited to: Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar depression 1 and 2 with mixed mania, Attention Deficit Disorder, etc. I base my patients ' diagnosis on History and my assessments according to the DSM-5 manual. I am an energetic, focused individual. I listen to each and every one of my clients one heartbeat at a time. It is my goal to provide a comfortable, trustworthy, safe environment. I aim to provide an atmosphere where the patients feel comfortable entrusting me with any s/s related to mental health disorders. I let them know that it's ok not to be ok and that I realize this to be a true fact, and also that through medication management and 16 minutes at the end of each appointment to provide feedback and supportive therapy related to their diagnosis or treatment plans.
