Neutral relaxed HIPAA compliant, telemedicine environment The health disparity amongst this population secondary to not enough mental health providers and the passion I have for mental health. since graduation of undergraduate nursing school observed in the community the escalated need for Advanced Prepared Mental health providers. Working only in the Specialty of Mental health as a registered nurse and observing the need for more Providers, I began to enhance education to an Advanced level Nurse for the benefit of this under- served population and improvement of successful patient outcomes. Allow patient to be decision maker when developing goals and expected outcomes, allowing full patient autonomy. Mostly gathering information getting to know the patient, their needs, and expected outcomes/goals.
