Melissa Pearce was incredible. My mother while sitting in wheelchair spilt her coffee while we were checking in. Melissa ran to help my mother. She was so friendly and wanted to make sure she was okay. Melissa also helped me follow up with verifying her secondary benefits. Melissa followed up several times until the issue was resolved. She informed me that everything was verified and my mother was good to go.
Melissa went above and beyond today and I truly appreciate this incredible experience.

The staff communication is very poor, especially her the front desk Tiana. The doctor haven’t completed the notes until after 3 days and never got scheduled for lab until 2 weeks later because of miscommunication. The staff keeps apologizing and never submitted notes. There is no follow up setup after the lab test and upon checking I was informed they forgot.

Staff is knowledgeable and professional. My doctor was familiar with the wrist issues I was experiencing and helped me understand what was going on was well as what the next steps in treatment were.

Dr. Linscheid is professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and she's very personable as well. She took time to understand my medical issue and my experience with it from the beginning. She laid out her recommended options for treatment, and she left the choice to me after discussing the pro's and con's. After my treatment she sat down and took additional time to answer any remaining questions I had.
I highly recommend Dr. Linsheid and will have no hesitation about returning in the future.

The only wait time was completing online paperwork. Office was nice and clean everyone was super friendly and the doctor actually listened and talked me through the treatment plan and actually included me on determining the plan.
