NP Laura was incredibly helpful and caring during my appointment. Even though I was feeling nervous, her kind demeanor and clear expertise put me at ease. She listened attentively as I described my symptoms, and her insightful questions helped me realize I may be dealing with either anxiety or ADHD. What I appreciated most was how NP Laura took the time to explain the next steps and provide a referral to a psychotherapist who accepts my insurance. This made the process of getting a proper evaluation feel much more manageable. She encouraged me to ask questions and never made me feel rushed. Overall, I had a very positive experience with NP Laura. She demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding my concerns and setting me up for success in addressing them.
