Overall a great visit. My appointment was at 3:45 and I was called in after 4:15. I then waited a very long time. I didn't see Dr.Nicholl until after 5:00, probably 5:15....a very long wait.

I love Dr Nicoll ... she's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to & always answers all my questions. The only downside is it can be hard to get an appt (because she's so good). Always good to book your next appt when you're at your visit.

Dr. Nicoll listened to medical issues. I felt she really listened to me. I was given a thorough explanation of courses of actions and possible causes of my issues. She used to be my primary doctor and I had switched due to my location. I'm sorry I ever switched. Dr. Nicoll is one of the best doctors I have seen.

I’ve been to many doctors in my lifetime and the experience is always the same - the doctor’s body language, lack of eye contact and courtesy greeting sends the unspoken message that you have 5 mins of his/her time so hurry up I have to move to my next patient. When Dr Nicoll walks into the exam room you know she has done her due diligence to familiarize herself with your medical history. She spends time asking question, listens and provides thorough explanations/responses a layman can understand. She make you feel like she cares about you and your health.

Dr. Lauren Nicoll is an empathetic MD who is highly experienced and extremely professional. She answers all questions that are asked in a through manner.
