I am a nurse practitioner based in Portage, Indiana, with a Master's in Nursing from Chamberlain University. I specialize in treating opioid addiction and dependence, offering a range of therapies including Suboxone (Buprenorphine-Naloxone), Sublocade injections (Buprenorphine), Vivitrol (Naltrexone), and Zubsolv (Buprenorphine-Naloxone). For breastfeeding and pregnant patients, I provide treatment with Subutex (Buprenorphine).
