Marriage and Family Therapist

**Welcome. I'm glad you're here.** Reaching out takes courage — especially when you're used to handling things on your own. Whether you're carrying anxiety that won't quit, navigating a relationship that feels distant, or stuck knowing you're capable of more, you don't have to keep pushing through alone. I'm certified in Brainspotting and Play Therapy — approaches that reach what talk therapy alone sometimes can't — and I specialize in working with athletes, performers, and creatives who've hit a wall. Performance anxiety, creative blocks, lost confidence — if something keeps getting in your way, we'll work together to move through it and build the resilience and freedom on the other side. I offer telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I've walked varied paths — from the creative world to the U.S. Air Force — and learned that real strength includes knowing when to ask for support. That experience shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. My approach is honest, tailored, and genuinely human. I bring real tools, humor when it helps, and a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just bring yourself. **Let's begin.**

What should a new client know about working with you?

**My Approach** Here's how I see therapy: it's not about me having all the answers while you sit there and nod. It works best when we're genuinely partnering together — figuring out what you want, what's getting in the way, and how to actually get you there. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can dig into what's really going on and tap into the resilience and strengths you already have, even when you can't see them yet. For athletes and creatives especially, I focus on what happens when the thing you love starts to feel like a wall. The performance anxiety that tightens your body before you compete. The creative block that makes you stare at a blank page, wondering if you ever had anything to say. The confidence that used to come naturally — and somewhere along the way, didn't anymore. That's exactly where this work lives. I use Brainspotting as a core tool for moving through those stuck places — not just managing them, but actually getting past them. It's a brain-body approach that gets underneath the mental noise and helps you access a freer, more grounded version of yourself. The goal isn't just relief. It's expansion — more range, more trust in yourself, more confidence and creative flow that made you fall in love with your sport or your art in the first place.
