I was a little dissapoinment with the Doctor she didn't even examine me, I told her that I had urinary incontinence and she didn't pay too much attention about to my concern. I really didn't feel she care to much as a patient .

10/10 would recommend. Super friendly staff. Was brought in and first thing they did was an ultrasound which is unexpected. You normally have to schedule those. Dr. Sofer was very kind and listened. She has a great personality and bed side manner and we were able to come up with a plan of action for my care.

My doc (Dr. Sofer) is a treasure of a physician: knowledgeable, listens to patients, up on the science and treatment of whole range of conditions falling under the "urology" umbrella. Warm-hearted is a big plus with all the other qualities.

I had a long wait, but this did not seem to be the normal, as I heard someone was out that day in the front office and everyone was working together. Once I met with Dr Sofer things moved along quickly, my health concerns were addressed and a plan was made to figure out what is going on.

This was my first urologist appointment in South Florida and was satisfied by the outcome. Dr Sofer had a great bedside manner and didn't rush things. Had an ongoing urological ailment I was dealing with for years and Dr Sofer brought a fresh perspective and gave me new medication to try which hopefully will bring a lot of relief.
The one thing that angered me about this office was my appointment was at 3 and wasn't even called back into the patient room until 3:50!! I mean you got to be kidding me!! The receptionist had an attitude which also rubbed me a little bit.
