Prior to that she received her Master's in Business Administration in 2014, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2013 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Lauren grew up in North Texas, where she played soccer from age four through college at SWOSU. #GODAWGS She also ran long distance track in school. She experienced various levels of competition by growing up as an athlete playing sports in scholastic, recreational and elite leagues. During her own athletic career, she realized her mission was to help people make Strides towards their health goals. She does this through chiropractic care. She truly understands from personal experience the drive to push potential, the setback of injuries and the importance around correct rehabilitation and recovery to allow an athlete to quickly return to sports and normal life activities. Dr. Lauren embraces the body’s natural ability to heal with the correct activations. She has personal experience, education and training on how to strengthen the body to prevent future injuries, as well as the necessity of maintenance care to help patients keep performance at their peak level.
