About Dr. Lauren Bowen

Hi all, I am Dr. Lauren Bowen at Catalyst Chiropractic. I am originally from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio and I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Exercise Science Education. I went to chiropractic school near St. Louis, Missouri and then moved to Charlotte after graduation to begin practicing. I love working with athletes, weekend warriors, and everyone in between. I have spent a lot of time learning a variety of skills and techniques which I tailor to each patient’s individual needs. My goal is to get every patient moving and feeling better as quickly as possible. I pride myself on maximizing the amount and quality of care I give to each patient every visit. I make sure to carefully listen to each patient to really figure out the source of their pain and consider their preferences when it comes to designing a treatment plan. Catalyst Chiropractic creates a great environment for all of this to be possible.

Dr. Lauren is phenomenal. From start to finish she is beyond genuine. I was having a chronic neck issue and she was patient in figuring out what best worked for me and my treatment. From the exercises she assigned to me and the general feedback on what was going on I felt positive about recovery. Will be continuing to see her for all chiro maintenance and injury recovery. 10/10 recommend if you are in pain in the CLT area!!

Lauren was great! She helped me relieve pain in my knee. After a couple of appointments I was pain free. I still use the exercises she gave me in my workouts as warm ups. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.

Lauren is an excellent chiropractor. She's incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always helpful. I leave each visit feeling relieved and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my back pain since starting treatment with her. Can't recommend her enough!
