About Lauren Haughey

Hi there. Most of our clients are insurance-based, and the majority pay $0 out of pocket. I am an eating disorder and non-diet Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Vermont and completed my Dietetics internship at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. I help clients develop a relationship with food and their body that is more flexible and peaceful. My hope is to help you feel nourished from food so you have time and energy to live a full life. I also enjoy working from a weight-inclusive, integrative, and functional nutrition approach to support digestive health, specific conditions, and overall wellbeing. I work from a collaborative approach, focusing on understanding you as a person, your goals, and partnering with other healthcare providers to support you. I use a non-diet approach with eating disorders, disordered eating, and low energy availability. I also enjoy working with those struggling with digestive/gut health, hormonal health, perinatal nutrition (prenatal, postpartum, lactation), as well as dysautonomia syndromes like MCAS and POTS.
