I hold a Master's in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. With extensive experience treating both children and adults, I understand that every patient's mental health journey is unique.

I have had significant difficulty communicating with this prescriber and coordinating basic prescription needs.
On multiple occasions, my pharmacist attempted to contact her (at least five documented calls) regarding clarification on a prescription and was unable to reach her. When I emailed requesting that she return the pharmacy’s call to resolve the issue, I was told she would not be doing so. This resulted in delays in accessing necessary medication.
Communication overall has been extremely inconsistent. Emails frequently go unanswered, and responses when received often occur at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress around time-sensitive prescriptions.
The office structure also makes it very difficult to reach her. Providers are contracted and set their own schedules, and there is no direct phone line.

This woman put me in an absolute panic. She treated me like I was just another number or an addict and she knows nothing about me. I had to hang up while she was ranting at me because I couldn't hold back my tears, she actually made me cry. I hope no one ever has to feel as ambushed and attacked like that ever.
