“I was asked to rescheduled to come 1 hr earlier than my original appt the day before, was an inconvenience. But other than that I’m happy I didn’t let that make me cancel my appointment. When I got there staff was friendly. I was seen almost right when I got there. Dr Lauren is great! She educated me on my concerns and took action to give my treatment right there. Was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend lux dermatology and will be going back. ”

About Lauren Lee
Lux Dermatology Reno is pleased to introduce our newest team member, Lauren Lee! With 14 years of experience as a Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, Lauren brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to our practice.
Her journey began in NYC, where she trained under prestigious plastic surgeons in Tribeca. After returning to the West Coast, Lauren gained extensive experience in medical dermatology, allowing her to approach skin care from both a medical and cosmetic perspective. She is highly proficient in treating skin cancers, acne, and rashes of diverse causes. Lauren's dedication to excellence led her to train under a Mohs surgeon, honing her skills in complex surgical Mohs closures with a focus on achieving beautiful cosmetic outcomes.
In addition to her surgical expertise, Lauren has a passion for cosmetic dermatology. Her previous experience in NYC, working with high-end clientele including Broadway performers and public figures, has given her a keen eye for creating subtle yet impactful aesthetic changes. She is well-versed in a variety of cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, Ultherapy, nova threads, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, and laser treatments.
Lauren believes in the importance of a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy to ensure the highest level of safety and care for her patients. She also emphasizes the significance of good skincare at home in achieving not only cosmetic results but also maintaining overall skin health.
When she's not in the office, you can find Lauren enjoying the ski slopes in winter, exploring hiking trails in summer, and cherishing moments with her three beloved dogs, family, and friends. We are thrilled to have Lauren on our team and excited for the expertise and dedication she brings to Lux Dermatology Reno.
