We were seen promptly and the office seemed professional. The provider that we did see was fine during the appointment. She stated that she would send in a prescription for my son based on our visit. The provider was even nice enough to check the price of the medication and said that it would be less expensive at CVS pharmacy, so we agreed on the location for her to send the prescription to and verified the address & phone number of that location. However, after 5 days, multiple portal messages, phone calls, and even a personal stop by to speak to office staff - the pharmacy still has not received the prescription order - even though the doctor's patient portal says that it has been prescribed. For a very pricy first visit, I feel the doctor/office could bother to get a prescription to the pharmacy. I'll be calling them again tomorrow...
