“I was seen by Lauren to evaluate a swollen lymph node in my neck. We discussed a possible reason being that I had an allergy flare-up about a month prior, which was when I noticed the initial swelling, but that my allergies had resolved and I was feeling better. My main purpose was to have the lymph node evaluated and make sure it wasn't concerning, which was done, and we agreed that I would follow up if it didn't resolve within a few more weeks and I was satisfied with that judgment.
I was a little surprised that I was urged to purchase a supplement called D-HIST for allergies. It is sold directly at the office; it is not covered by insurance. I'd say if you're into holistic medicine, you might like that approach, but I personally found it a little awkward and sales-y. ”

I came in with a list of things I’d like to be addressed after not having been seen by a dermatologist in years. Lauren addressed every one of them in less than 30 minutes and she wrote everything down for me. I have a follow up appointment scheduled to check on my progress. She was very attentive and smart. Also, the staff were very friendly.
I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Lauren Poff is an amazing provider. I came in needing help with my knee and was expecting yet another steroid injection like every other provider had recommended in the past. Instead, Lauren took the time to really listen and discuss other options with me. She recommended a stem cell injection, and I am so grateful she did.
The results have been incredible my knee feels amazing now, and I finally feel like the root issue was addressed instead of just masking the pain temporarily. Lauren is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients and their long-term health. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who thinks outside the box and genuinely wants the best outcome for you.
