Getting to know Laurice Haycraft
The complexities of life can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming. In some instances, emotional pain can be just as debilitating as physical pain, impacting one's ability to function mentally, socially, and professionally. One of the greatest rewards for me is witnessing the positive outcomes of providing holistic care for patients who have suffered from various mental disorders.
Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse in several specialties in acute inpatient and outpatient settings. During this time, I discovered my passion for seeking positive change in the lives of those suffering from mental illness. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, which has equipped me with the advanced knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to my patients.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides treatment for ages 6 to 65+ years of age. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with patients and their families to achieve their optimum mental health goals through medication management and therapy. I specialize in treating various psychiatric disorders that might include depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, PTSD, sleeping disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, various personality disorders, schizophrenia, and other psychotic disorders.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
