Hi, I’m Dr. Leah Dash, a Doctor of Chiropractic, pelvic floor therapist, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor concerns, and breastfeeding.
My approach looks at the whole person—not just the symptoms. Whether you’re experiencing pelvic pain or pressure, discomfort with sitting or intimacy, pregnancy-related aches and pains, or challenges with breastfeeding, I work with you to understand what’s contributing to your symptoms and create an individualized plan to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.

From my very first appointment, this practitioner has consistently shown a wonderful, positive attitude, excellent energy, and deep knowledge. It is clear that she stays fully up-to-date in her profession. Over the years, I have seen many chiropractors, physical therapists, and reflexologists, but none were able to offer lasting solutions for my unique musculoskeletal and connective tissue inflammatory issues. She stands out from many others in her industry because she actually listens. Her treatments work incredibly well for me because she takes a holistic, whole-body approach rather than just doing a quick adjustment and collecting a fee. Her ultimate goal is to help you truly recover, not build a codependent relationship. Thanks to her care, I finally have hope for a normal life and the support I need to maintain my body for my physically demanding job. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Dr Dash enough! She truly cares about her patients and takes a whole-body approach to healing. Her therapeutic ultrasound and massage treatments have brought me significant relief from persistent mastitis, and she’s also helping treat my “shrimp life” postpartum posture from all the hours spent nursing. Beyond her expertise, what makes her exceptional is how genuinely invested she is in helping her patients heal. You can feel how much she cares in every visit.
